Auto-approve Workflow Step
As part of our updated approvals workflow logic, we’ve introduced the new Auto-approve step.
Why this matters:
In certain scenarios—like low-dollar receipts—we want to skip redundant approvals and move faster. If the bill or receipt meets specific conditions and there is an Auto-approve workflow defined, Adaptive will bypass all remaining steps and approve it automatically.
This helps reduce back-office friction and accelerates processing for common, low-risk purchases.
