Default People on Jobs
Tired of re-selecting the same users for every new job? Now you don’t have to.
What’s New:
- You can now set default job participants in General Settings
- Every new job will automatically include these people
- Added two handy shortcuts on the Jobs page:
- Edit defaults → Jump straight to settings
- Reset to defaults → Re-apply default people after changes
Why it matters:
For teams that staff jobs consistently, this eliminates manual setup and reduces the risk of forgetting someone.
