Improved “Bypass Approvals” UX for Bosses

We made the Bypass Approvals experience clearer and more intuitive for bosses.

Here’s how it works now:

• Boss is in the workflow and hasn’t approved:
  → Approve is the primary button
  → Bypass Approvals is secondary
• Boss is in the workflow and already approved:
  → Approve is disabled (with a tooltip explaining why)
  → Tooltip includes a link to Bypass Approvals
• Boss is not in the workflow:
  → Bypass Approvals becomes the primary button
• In all cases, Bypass Approvals is also available from the three-dot menu
