New Bill Approval Options Released

‍We’ve updated the Send for Approval options on bills to give you more flexibility and control — especially when you’re both entering and approving bills.

What’s New:

When creating a bill (detail page):

• Send for approval → sends for approval without auto-approving
• Send for approval & approve → sends and auto-approves if you're in the workflow

From the Bills page after a bill is created:

• Send for approval → sends (no auto-approve) and moves to the next draft bill
• Send for approval & approve → sends and auto-approves, moves to next
• Send for approval and stay on bill → sends, no auto-approve, stays on the bill

Bill list actions have been updated:

• “Ready for approval” is now split into:
  • Send for approval
  • Send for approval & approve

This change improves clarity and helps streamline approval workflows — especially for teams that batch-enter and approve bills in one sitting.
