New: Pinned Columns (WIP First)

You can now pin any column in WIP so it stays visible while you scroll horizontally. This makes wide tables much easier to navigate and helps keep key context in view.

• Pin important columns like Job, Notes, or Budget‍
• Maintain context while scrolling through wide WIP views
• Works seamlessly alongside table configuration

We plan to extend this to other areas of the app (like Budgets) soon.
